Deposit
A $50 deposit is required for all colour services.
A 50% deposit applies to Keratin Treatments, Hair Extensions, and Full Head Foils/Balayage.
Cancellation & No Shows
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or major appointment changes.
Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur a fee, and those within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Appointment reminders are sent 4 days prior, but your booking remains your responsibility.
Fees will be deducted from gift vouchers if used.
