

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Reschedules and No-Shows
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer the spot to another client.

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee based on your booked service.

If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

If you don’t show up to your appointment, a 100% no-show fee will be charged.
If you're booked in for a longer service and change your mind on the day (e.g. switching from a full colour to just a haircut without notice), this will also be treated as a late cancellation.
Using a gift voucher? Any cancellation or no-show fees will be applied to your gift voucher.
Appointment Confirmations
We’ll send you a confirmation text 4 days before your appointment. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel the booking to allow someone else to take the spot.
Please note that even if your reminder doesn’t come through, your appointment is still your responsibility to keep.
Late Arrivals
We always aim to run on time and give every client the full experience. Please arrive on time.
Running late? Give us a call. We offer a 15-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to stay on track for the next client.
We’ll always do our best to work with the remaining time we have.
